I finally got around to creating a form (see example below) for keeping health records for the goats; and it can be downloaded here if anyone’s interested in modifying it for your own use (it’s in Microsoft Office Word). Fortunately, Honey, Tinker Bell, and Jewel have all been healthy and I haven’t really needed to track much of anything. It did alert me to the fact that they need their yearly CDT, BoSe, and copper shots soon. Keeping records seems like such an inconsequential thing; however, it becomes so important over time. If I get lazy and don’t write things down, I’m always sorry later.
