3avocados, halved and pitted
2canschunk light tuna in olive oil, drained
1tbspjalapeno pepper, minced
1tbspfresh cilantro, minced
1tbsplime juice
6cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cupred onion, chopped
freshly ground salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place the tuna, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt & pepper into a mixing bowl. Stir together until well mixed.
