3*M Buttin’Heads Calligraphy *D

Cally came to Bramblestone Farm the summer of 2014 when the Buttin’Heads dairy goat farm announced that there would be a significant reduction of their Nigerian Dwarf herd. She’s the daughter of the 2012 ADGA National Grand Champion Doe Paperclip (scroll down for photos of Paperclip).

I’ve always admired the Buttin’Heads herd, Cally has many spectacular goats in her pedigree, and she’s polled! Her dam is gorgeous, and she’s maturing into a similarly awesome doe. As a third freshener, her udder has really become impressive and she earned her 1st championship leg as Grand Champion doe at the NEODGA 2017 show.

Here’s a rear view photo of her third freshening udder, it’s quite a change from the second freshening.

Cally’s second freshening udder looked awesome. It’s extremely well attached, high, and the fore udder blends very smoothly (no pockets there). As a second freshener, she earned her milking stars in both ADGA & AGS!

In addition to earning her milking stars as a second freshener, she scored 85 (+EEV) in linear appraisal.

The photo below is of her dam 2*M GCH Paperclip (LA 91 VEEE), after winning the 2012 ADGA National Grand Champion title. All I can say is, that’s an udder and a dairy goat!

And on her sire’s side, her grand dam is the fantastic doe SG ARMCH Flat Rocks Here For The Party *D, with an LA of 90 EEEV!
