Two Beautiful Nigerian Dwarf Does For Sale

Both of these girls have excellent milk, breeding, and color lines behind them, and our herd again tested negative for CAE/CL/Johnes/Brucellosis/TB early last summer. They are both dual ADGA/AGS registered, and are located in Northeast Ohio (a little south of Akron). I hate to sell themMilking Tinkerbell (Tinker Bell (picture right) has always been my milking model), but unless we build another barn, we have to make room for the kids that will be arriving this spring.

1*M Wildwind Farm HM Tinker Bell *D – Tinker Bell is a three-year old second freshener this year, has many finished champions, four National Champions, and four Milk Production Top Ten producers in her pedigree, and is living up to her potential to produce lots of milk and beautiful kids.

She has been our best milk producing first and second freshener, and she’s the reason we went on milk production testing this year. On milk test, she easily met the requirements for her milk production stars in both ADGA and AGS, hence the star designations in her name. She also scored an 82 in linear appraisal this year as a second freshener.

Tinker Bell loves people and is easy to love – she kids easily, milks quickly and produces lots of it, has a sweet nature, and produces great looking kids that love people (her kids are  always so affectionate – just like their dam). If you click on the link above, it will take you to her page and her information.

She has not been bred yet this year, and is available for $400 unbred, or $500 if bred to Old Mountain Farm Field Mouse.

Silvermist Left 9_14_13Bramblestone Pal Silvermist – Silvermist was born March 27th, 2013 and shows great femininity, length, and dairy character. Her sire has been throwing beautiful udders and dairy character, and her dam’s second freshening udder (Tinker Bell above) looked amazing this year. You can see pictures of Tinker Bell’s first freshening udder, and how beautifully it improved as a second freshener by clicking on her name above.

Silvermist has excellent milking genes from both sides, and her dam Tinker Bell easily earned her milk production stars this year in both ADGA and AGS. Her sire is the 2011 RGCH AGS Nationals Buck, her paternal grandsire is ++*B SGCH Buttin’ Heads Palimony (with an LA of 90 EEE), her paternal grand dam is CH Demi Plie’ (with an LA of 91 VEEE), and her great grand dam is 1*M GCH/ARMCH Buttin’ Heads Wedding Song 3*D (with an LA of 91 EEEE)!

Silvermist is available for $400. Silvermist is now Sale Pending as a Christmas present – what a fantastic gift!

Together they are available for $700 if Tinker Bell is unbred, or $800 if Tinker Bell is bred to Field Mouse. They would make a terrific Christmas present for anyone wanting to get started with Nigerian Dwarves, and we are happy to help with any questions about getting started and ongoing care.
