3*M Bramblestone Charm Box

Charm Box’s dam matured into such a beautiful doe (89 in linear appraisal as third freshener and earned her milk production stars as a second freshener) and we believe Charm is too.

Conformationally, she appears to be very similar to her dam but has a more level topline, is more angular, has less rump angle, and is perhaps a bit more feminine in features. In her first linear appraisal as an adult, she surpassed her dam slightly by scoring 83 as a first freshener versus her dam’s score of 82. Oh, and she’s polled! As a 2nd freshener, she earned her ADGA milking star (pending ADGA confirmation)!

Charm Box 2nd Freshening

Charm is maturing similarly to her dam (which is an awesome thing) and her 2nd freshening udder is really beautifully attached, shaped, and sized. Very nice improvement from her 1st freshening udder!

Her udder is nicely rounded, well attached, and she produces a good amount of milk for a petite first freshener. She also has a very interesting and pretty coat color.

She had a 1st place win as a dry yearling, but wasn’t Grand Champion Junior doe in her first show.

The picture below is Charm Box at only a few hours old. I was so excited to have a polled Jewel Box x Mighty doeling, but so worried that floppy ear wasn’t going to straighten out. It did, no problem!
